What you need
No experience required
- ✓A clear, friendly, confident speaking voice in fluent English.
- ✓A US phone number to call from and a quiet place to call. Outside the US, an internet calling app that gives you a US number.
- ✓A few hours a week on weekdays, during US business hours.
- ✓A phone or computer with a web browser for the portal.
- ✓18 or older. Any country.
The rules
Short and strict
- •Say your real name and that you're calling for Overtime AI.
- •Never quote prices, discounts or results. Cooper covers that on the call.
- •Only call the businesses the portal gives you, inside the hours it shows.
- •If anyone asks not to be called again, end the call politely and log it. That's final.
- •No texting prospects, no recording calls, no autodialers.
- •Only book calls the owner clearly agreed to. Pushed or fake bookings aren't paid.

FAQ
Is this a job?+
It's an independent contractor role, commission only. You pick your hours and work from anywhere. Before your first payout you send a W-9 (in the US) or a W-8BEN (outside the US).
What counts as a signed client?+
The owner joins the call you booked, then signs the agreement with Cooper and pays the setup fee. Your portal marks it the day Cooper marks the call Signed.
Do I get anything if the call happens but they don't sign?+
No. This is commission only: the call itself pays nothing, a signing pays the full amount. If the owner doesn't show, that business comes back to you to rebook.
When and how do I get paid?+
Every week, in US dollars, for clients who signed the week before. PayPal or Wise from anywhere, Venmo and Zelle too in the US. Your portal shows every dollar as it's earned.
Do I need sales experience?+
No. The portal gives you a script filled in for every business, plus answers to the common pushback. A clear, friendly voice matters more than experience.
Do I need a resume?+
No. You can attach one (PDF or Word) if you have it, and Cooper will read it, but the voice recording is what gets you in.
What hours?+
Weekdays, 8 AM to 6 PM in the business owner's time zone (most are Eastern and Central). Work as many or as few hours as you like.
Can I do this from outside the US?+
Yes, from any country. You need fluent English and a US number to call from, because owners rarely answer a foreign number (an internet calling app that gives you a US number works). Calls happen 8 AM to 6 PM in the business's US time zone, which is evening or night in Asia and the same hours in most of Latin America. You're paid in US dollars by PayPal or Wise, you send a W-8BEN instead of a W-9, and calling costs are yours.
